The song in comic #497 should be "Il pleut, il pleut bergère", not "Il pluie". "Pluie" is "rain", "pleut" is "raining" (well, "rains", really). Another (unrelated) suggestion would be to add alternate and title text to the navigation buttons. For instance, have the "first comic" button look like this: <img src="buttons/left%20double.jpg" width="45" height="50" border="0" alt="First comic" title="First Comic"> and so on and so forth (the "Previous comic" button should say "Previous Comic", the "Main page" button should say "Main Page", etc. The alt text especially is important; you should write some for every "image of text" button. While it may seem strange that a person reading a web comic would have disabled image loading, you have to remember that there are other services browsing your sites than humans, such as search engine crawlers, and that those are blind to images. Adding alt text to the "next" link also allows Opera users to use the Fast-Forward function as well, which is mightily practical. Oh, and great comic by the way. It's been a while since I've read a comic I've enjoyed that much. Kudos
